thanks monz think its just the start of a cold but woke up feeling grotty, so i made a trip to superdrug on my break and bought some medicine I think it was worth every penny as feeling better a little now!

keep your chin up Laura, there are bound to be ups and downs but look at the bigger picture and you are doing great! i seem to be getting better at not buying stuff for myself too..i had a massive opportunity on monday and even had spare money but managed to not buy myself a thing so that was a result

As of next monday i am following in your footsteps! stopping smoking again, and healthy eating as i will feel so much better!
i let things get on top of me this week and felt run down in general, but think im ok and back to myself!

i am an 8/10 but just not as light as i used to be. its just for my own confidence really.
i cancelled my gym membership to save some money.
