    thanks monz think its just the start of a cold but woke up feeling grotty, so i made a trip to superdrug on my break and bought some medicine I think it was worth every penny as feeling better a little now!

  • yes i came out of superdrug with no make up!! im amazed at myself, im a changed person!

    feeling so much better now it only lasted 2 days luckily!

    how are you getting on? i had a huge slip up with smoking again i have been feeling a bit down about myself im not sure why, just beating myself up and turned to smoking again. this will not be permanent.

    keep your chin up Laura, there are bound to be ups and downs but look at the bigger picture and you are doing great! i seem to be getting better at not buying stuff for myself too..i had a massive opportunity on monday and even had spare money but managed to not buy myself a thing so that was a result :) hope you feel back to your old self very, very soon ...     I am officially in my third day no smoking and Insanity. Its hard but will get there :) keep up amazing work xx
    Debt (1/9/14) £6,702.11 Debt free (30/11/2016) mortgage port- £70,077.82 and mortgage £126,517.39 o/s currently
    Debt - £17,190.83 (29/7/22) now (19/8/22) £16,688.80
  • Thank you Levi, I have been letting things get to me and work has been very stressful long hours and no day off - i had a word with myself and i am starting to feel better!

    As of next monday i am following in your footsteps! stopping smoking again, and healthy eating as i will feel so much better!
    i let things get on top of me this week and felt run down in general, but think im ok and back to myself!

    is insanity good so far? x

    Insanity is amazing. I done month one before me and my ex split and lost 7 pounds during it. All in all since May I have lost 24 pounds n down from a size 14 - to a size 8/10 so back on it :) x

    i am an 8/10 but just not as light as i used to be. its just for my own confidence really.
    i cancelled my gym membership to save some money.
    i will give it a go :)
