Hi
I have today received a letter from Natwest acknowledging the receipt of my PPI Complaint. This was a letter they sent to me advising that I may have been sold PPI. I had to answer various questions. They have now sent a letter asking very much the same questions but also a lot of in depth questions requesting employment status etc. They have said if I do not return the questionairre in 2 weeks they will use the information they already have. should I once again fill in the info or is this just delaying tactics?
thanks

There are no "delaying tactics" with a PPI complaint.
Fill in the form and return it as requested.0 -
I have received an offer from Natwest but they have 'assumed' that I would have agreed to a monthly premium and have deducted an amount of almost £2k. Should I challange this? At the time I do not think I would have paid a monthly premium due to financial difficulties. Thanks for any advice.0
