To anybody who incurred fines on lendal bridge, york

York City Council have announced that they will repay fines incurred crossing Lendal Bridge in York from August 2013 to April 2014. This will not be automatic, you will have to apply for this yourselves.

The scammers should automaticly contact the robbed victims.PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0
