Of course, if the more expensive site said something like "This website is the only place you can buy tickets for this show", or "These are the cheapest tickets available from any retailer", then you may have been misled and could have a case against them.0

Also are you sure the tickets on each site were for the exact same seats? There are price differences all over theatres and concerts and those with a worse view will normally be the ones punted by discount sites or the 'cheap theatre ticket' booths you see around leciester sq.Dont rock the boat
