How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

PRTS Phone - call 0904 16 19 222 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to 3 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer and details as submitted in their second call). Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
SMS text – send a SMS text to 88323 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 3 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number with their answer to 88323 by the competition closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer as submitted in their second text). Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.
Online – go to https://www.itv.com, https://www.stv.tv or https://www.u.tv and follow the instructions; up to 3 entries per phone number provided.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of a cheque for £27,000 (twenty-seven thousand pounds sterling) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

29 per competition, I believe the June update to the T&C's added the clause about manipulation and the later update (probably 07/07) actually gives a number as to what they consider to be manipulation.

It means that you can have a maximum 29 entries in total for any ITV competition.

This real deal competition allows 3 entries per phone number so you can have a maximum of 9 phone numbers with 3 entries each and 1 more phone number with 2 entries. Other ITV comps allows 6 entries per phone etc... but the overall 29 entries remains.

Dont forget, if you are also using the pay method (text or phone call) that increases your entries to 9 (18 for the 6 entries) so this limits you a bit further.

Thanks for the heads-up, though I am surprised that someone would have the gall to enter using more than 9 phone-numbers :eek:

I guess it's to stop people using all 200 phones in their office building or something like that.

someone posted recently in CCC that they pretty much do just that. Maybe not 200 phones but something like 30.

I'm not sure about that. In their email to me, they say:

To clarify when we exercise this right to discount entries for those entering with multiple phone numbers we have recently added an extra paragraph (new paragraph 7.3 of the General Terms and Conditions at http://www.itv.com/termsconditions/generalcompetitionvoteandpolltermsandconditions/ which confirms that if we see 30 or more entries from an individual per entry platform then we will consider this to be beyond the expected level of entries from an entrant and will treat this as an attempt to manipulate the service and discount all their entries.

My bold. That makes it seem like you can have 29 text entries, 29 call entries and 29 web entries per competition.
