Date mismatch on Refusal letter and popla rejection letter

Hi Money Savers

With my fight with unfair parking ticket, i have now received a rejection on my appeal.
My question is----

I have received a letter and popla letter all in one mail, the letter date is 27th June 14 and Popla rejection letter in the bottom says that notice date is 26th June 14

I dont know why is there this mismatch.. when I check on cowboy site, it says if date is 27th June, I have not received 28 days period to appeal hence i can make a complaint but if date of letter is 26th june, I can not complain...

I dont know which date is considered as date of rejection of appeal

Please guide me what should be my next steps ?

Thanks
Regards
M.

Ignore the complaint about the POPLA code, it's semantics. Just win at POPLA using the template links in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread. Which PPC?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

For a single day I wouldn't bother worrying about it.

But why are you asking NOW, 17-18 days into your appeal period? You need to be getting on with the actual appeal.

pink slip = P45? Sorry to hear about that. :(

All the more reason to kick these parasitic PPC scum into touch. Money will be tight enough without such shysters trying to put their mucky mitts on it.
