3rd letter threatening legal action

Hi my daughter received a parking charge for being 11 mins over allowed time at a free car park, the letter came to my house which she has not lived in for 6 months and she changed her details with dvla straight away. was told to ignore letters but have just got one threatening legal action. what do i do now it is too late appeal and not paying £100!!! help!!!

Read the top thread, what to do if 'too late to appeal' and info about debt collector letters, are both subjects that are fully discussed. If the letter comes from the actual PPC rather than a debt collector, then you should respond but assuming this is a debt collector just ignore or send one robust response and then ignore them.
