How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and information via:

PRTS Phone - call 09041 61 99 99 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
SMS text – send an SMS text with or without the keyword WIN to 82336. The keyword is not required information so SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the Prize Draw via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number to 82336 by the closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge. 10 night holiday in Crete, Greece

A ten (10) night holiday for the winner and up to four (4) companions (the “travelling party”) to Crete, Greece.



The Crete trip element of the prize includes:
return economy flights from a London airport to Heraklion International Airport in Crete, Greece for the travelling party.
return airport transfers from Heraklion International Airport to Daios Cove Resort, Agios Nikolaos in Crete, Greece (the “resort”) for the travelling party.
ten (10) nights’ accommodation at the resort on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner). Accommodation will be made up of two (2) sea view suites (based on two (2) adults in each) plus a third person supplement in one of the suites, therefore a total of five (5) people sharing two (2) sea view suites. Each sea view suite includes a private pool.
one (1) 30-minute body massage spa treatment for each member of the travelling party who are aged 18 or over.
one (1) boat trip for the travelling party on an organised catamaran boat with the date and time to be specified by the hotel.

The Crete trip element of the prize must be booked and taken up between 1 September 2014 and 1 September 2015 but cannot be taken from 20 December 2014 – 5 January 2015 (inclusive) and must be booked with a minimum of one month’s notice. It is highly advisable to confirm dates as soon as possible as the resort books very quickly during peak periods.



The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.



This Crete trip element of the prize is subject to schedule and availability at the time of booking. The Prize Provider will contact the winner in order to arrange for the holiday to be booked.



Where any of the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.



A current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds will be required in order to check in at the Resort for security deposit purposes.



The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Crete, Greece. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions adhere to the entry requirements to Crete, Greece including organising and paying any and all costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party. The winner must also make sure that they have any required health certificates and other documentation for the relevant journey at the time of travel. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companions to adhere to the local laws in Crete, Greece.



It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider.



The prize excludes UK ground transfers to/from the London airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments (other than those specified above), car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the prize
