You have a dial up modem on your PC and actually dial that number from your PC ??. That was many many years ago and has been obsolete since broadband .

As said no that the web not the phone and nothing to do with Google or Bing they are just showing the answers to your search . That search whatever it was is probably still in your browser history .0 -

The only site that mentions it in its title is 118860.co.uk an obscure DQ service operated by a company in Petersfield,Hants.
Any other mention of 118860 is where its included for reference purposes eg a product code,map reference ,etc etc etc.0
