K&Co Problem

Hi,
I ordered a Lenovo tablet computer from K&Co in November 2013 on their "buy now pay later" deal. The tablet has been working fine until 3 days ago, when it started rebooting itself every few hours. Now it opens up apps/tabs etc on its own. The browser will also randomly close while you are viewing a web page.
I have emailed K&Co about the issue and they have told me I need to contact Lenovo directly to get it sorted. Is this advice correct?, should I be pushing for K&Co to take the tablet back and get the issue rectified?.
Any advice gratefully received.. Thanks

I assume you've tried a factory reset on it and done any software updates that are available ?
Strictly speaking, K&Co as the retailer will be responsible for any issues with the tablet. However in situations like this, it is often quicker and easier to send it straight back to the manufacturer.0 -
The problem with your situation is it's just as likely something you've done/downloaded than an issue that was caused by a manufacturing fault. In fact more so.
Have you downloaded something?
Virus?
Updates?
Program?
As said. Factory reset. That will then rule out the software side - well just about anyway.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -
Thanks for the replies. Yes I did a factory reset yesterday, which has not corrected the problems. Software is up to date and no new apps have been added in at least a month. The tablet is only really used for games and internet browsing. It has Norton antivirus software, which came pre-installed.0
