3. Prize draw opens at 00.00 on 14.7.14 and the closing date for recipient of entries is at 23.59 on 10.8.14

4. Maximum one entry per household. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. Any person trying to circumvent this condition by any method will be immediately disqualified.

5. To enter, participants must provide their name, address, contact telephone number and email address at morrisons.com/competitions and agree to the terms and conditions.

6. The winner will be selected at random by an independent person after the closing date and will be notified within 28 days of closing date by email to the address provided on entry. If the prize is not claimed by a winner replying to the email with his or her postal address within six weeks of notification, a redraw will take place. Once an email response is received from the winner, vouchers will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

7. The winner must ensure that they have provided a valid email address and are contactable on the same email address. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for a winner’s email address becoming inaccessible during the prize draw for any reason (including without limitation, inactive email accounts, technical difficulties associated therewith, or the selected winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email address). Incomplete email addresses will be deemed invalid.

9. There is 1 prize of £4500 awarded as Morrisons vouchers . Morrisons’ vouchers terms and conditions apply. This is based on the most recent Office for National Statistics (ONS) report on family spending which shows that for a household comprising of two parents and two children the average weekly spend on food and non-alcoholic drinks is £83.60. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a self-addressed envelope to Morrisons Cravendale 2L Prize Draw, Arla House, 4 Savannah Way, Leeds Valley Park, Leeds LS10 1AB.

10. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as offered.

11. No cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

12. No liability is accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, mislaid or incomplete due to server malfunctioning viruses, bugs or any other causes outside of the control of the Promoter. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

13. The winner will be required to take part in unpaid promotional activity.

14. Promoter’s decision regarding all matters in relation to the prize draw is final and binding.

15. The personal details of entrants will be retained solely for the purpose of operating the prize draws unless entrants are requested to and give permission for the Promoter to use such details for future marketing purposes.

16.The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.

17.In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
