Same here I ditched the directories as I was rarely getting a slot anyway - still usually get a slot without them although not this time as I haven't bought anything on my account for a while

So when does the sale start online for us mere un-VIP mortals?

Have you registered for them? I think there is something on your account where you have to opt in to receive mailings and stuff like that. You could always email their customer service and act confused asking if there is something on your account that prevents getting a slot as they respond better to things like that rather than the ranting of people who threaten to cancel their account and never shop there again.

I changed my email last month and this is the first time I've not had a slot in years. I wonder if it's connected?

I think I'll cancel the directories too because I never even open them, I just thought it was a prerequisite to get a VIP slot.

Got my slot for 3pm (Next Courier, so get earlier slot) nothing really in the sale for me, will get some stuff for the kids and the Mrs likes to buy some stuff.

Hi, I know you can't opt to have VIP sale orders delivered to store, but does anyone know if you can have them sent to an alternative address?
We go away on Monday (knowing my luck, my order will arrive on Tuesday!!) and I'm wondering if I can get it delivered to my mums house instead.

hi i bought quite a few things from Next 2 wk ago only for some of the items to now be in the sale, question is can I return these items to store on Saturday for a refund then ask to buy back the items at the lower price?

I had a look at the terms of my VIP slot and it says that we can get delivered to store - not sure if they've recently changed their policy?

I queried the alternative address option today and they said if a new address is set up today it would take 24 hours to become active so wouldn't be set up in time for the VIP slots today.
