What is digging up and eating my celeriac?
The other day I found three of my celeriac plants were missing from the vegetable garden. Something had dug them up leaving nothing but the leaves next to a small hole where the root had been.
Any ideas on the culprit? There are fields behind the garden so I was thinking maybe a badger, or possibly a rat?
