    Hello Coupon-Mad,
    Also I forgot to tell you that I have paste the letter in to their online in box And I think that the format at the other end may upset the assessor as no indentations etc.
    I think I will save it indented in word then print this .. sign it and scan it and save it as .pdf and then send both copy again.
    I received Popla acknowledgment they said they will consider the appeal on or soon after the 18.08.14

    The POPLA assessor findings are that: the operator APCOA has not proved that the Parking Charge Notice is a "Genuine pre-estimate of loss!!!

    I have scanned the letter and will forward to you, Coupon-Mad. on request for your records.
