    :hello: afternoon been a while.

:( No good news on the job front for DS. Had work placement with M&S throughly enjoyed his time there, got excellent feedback from M&S said if they had a vacancy they would employ him, unfortunately at that time there was no jobs.

Fast forward to a fortnight ago and 5 vacancies appear for local M&S, did the phone ring........no of course not. Apply online computer says no  oh my god will we ever get past these dam online personality tests.

A year out of school, had 3 job interviews, applied for numerous jobs unsuccessful. Sick and tired of so called disability services they offer nothing just a lip service, it all looks good on paper but reality is a different thing.

He no longer has any support, apart from me. :(

    :(

I know it may not seem like it now...but the day will come for both of you. Don't give up. If you remain strong then so will he.

You are doing a great job. Could I ask, why is it that he's getting rejected? Perhaps you could find him some voluntary experience to strengthen his CV?

    :)

These are each £1 in M today, so if that continues maybe in a few days...

Really I want post no.1000 for the M list, but until I can get it, I'm amending here:

DO NOT USE - OLD LIST

    M lists (not Northern Ireland)

Bold = new items, do not try yet: need to wait before they get picked up (unless they are buy in Ms).

    Avs M
