    URGENT ADVICE PLEASE
I have been on the phone half of the afternoon regarding this car accident to my insurance (not my fault and he admitted liability) , now they want to use there car body shop and hire car.
Car Bodyshop from my insurance has been intouch with me and have pictures of damage.
Now the person that hit my car his car insurance has just been on the phone and they want to deal with it all, i dont know what to do, never been in this situation before.
Any advice please? as i have to ring them back

Evening all :) not been on here for a while

The reason they have contacted you is to save them money.

It is up to you who repairs your vehicle

You can also use a garage of your choice

    hope this is of help

I dont get this, so how can you put any addy for your address if your having delivery, its got to be right address surely:o

The order system is different to that of the APG system ;). I only use the numbers out of sheer laziness. I expect they easily tie them up.

I know questions re evouchers are on 1st page but just want to check if it's normal to just have 5p on its own for a while and no sign of anything else trickling in. Or do they all trickle in fairly fast lol. Tia

Edit - just looked above lol
