Morning everyone - where has the sun gone to
An odd question.
Youngest son has left his electronic toothbrush here so I've got to post it up to him. Obviously I am going to well wrap it in bubble wrap and take the head off and take the battery out etc. before jiffy bagging it
But in the post office they always ask now what you are posting and I feel that they might object to an electric toothbrush under one of the new bizarre post office rules about prohibited items
so what can I say it is - I am thinking of maybe a foot scrapper or something
(we are before the watershed so no filthy replies pleaseSerious question - otherwise it means me taking it up to him - 90 min train trip each way (or worse if I have to change trains) And I have never lied to the post office before so I am sure they will know if I am lying

I think the Paxo and Betty Crocker pancakes were confirmed again over the weekend (25p/20p less apg 10%), not much use if you meant cheap before apg though.0 -
Afternoon all.
Grrr, you know those days when you know nothing is going to go right for you?
Got lawnmower out as grass is desperate to be cut, try to start her, no petrol. I forgot that I have ran out just as I was finishing off last time.
Get some petrol, right I though, here we go...
Pull, no start.
Pull, no start. (x about 8)
Then...
SNAP!

know that one well...it happened with the petrol strimmer... took it to the repair place and they said it would be more expensive to repair it than to buy a new one

I had to send my toothbrush back to colgate under guarantee as it stopped working....they sent me the postage label etc and when I was questioned at the post office I said its not a working toothbrush...maybe once the battery is disconnected neither is yours!
edit to add...the new replacement brush was also sent to me in the post via royal mail so it shouldnt be against the rule of posting...and ive just ordered another as part of a magazine subscription with cosmo which again I assume will be posted to me.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Clearly not meant to be. I should sit down and have a nice cold lager in the shade if I were you0
