In asda today picked up some glass and surface wipes label on shelf said reduced 25p but they scanned at 2p, cant work out how to upload pictures via tablet but linky to mysupermarket shows what you are looking for.

    Barcode 5050854318214 S
    http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/shelves/Savvy_Buys_in_ASDA.html?Sort=Price

I know. I spent some time looking for these (28 Glass & Surface Wipes) in my store last time and couldn't find any! I only found the 40-pack wipes at £1.50:eek:. The 2p packs, if you find them, would appear to be a very good filler on an APG shop (vs N/A everywhere) as long as they remain on msm.co.uk.

Evening everyone :) Schools out :j:j:j Another week of work and then a month's freedom :T:j
    10 x Cadbury Twirl Bites (145g) £19.80 £10.00
    4 x Cadbury Crunchums (105g) £7.92 £4.00

Thank you northerngeezer. Wasn't sure about the popcorn and pretzels, but Twirls very popular here, so picked up a few this evening  A didn't have the full number of packs so have some Giant Buttons and Crispello (??) mixed in as subs.

Also, the Johnsons Clean & Clear Truly Gentle 3 in 1 Wipes are included in the 3 for £6 toiletries offer but did not appear on APG today. Can't see any startlingly good comparisons on the other items, but some that may be of interest, eg the L'oreal wipes are £3.50 A and £1.74 T, and Lynx deos/sprays £3.19 A and £2 S (but the Peace one is £1.50 S for some reason).

Not very useful, as I know you all get whoopsied ones, but a small glitch on bread vs T. These on 2 for £2:

    2 x Roberts 50% White 50% Wholemeal Medium Sliced Brea...£2.50£2.00

As this is mbuy in T, it would appear you could buy one of the above version and a different Roberts bread in A's offer, as long as both in the 2 for £2 at T, as mbuy missing on the above one (if that makes sense).

Wagg Bunny Brunch price is being picked up vs Morries:
    1 x Wagg Bunny Brunch (2Kg)£2.28£1.82

Not that that helped anything - as they bought these just after they've gone back up to full price in M:(:

1 x Garnier Ultimate Blends Shampoo - The Sleek Restor...£2.00£3.89
1 x Garnier Ultimate Blends Conditioner - The Sleek Re...£2.00£3.89

To be fair they weren't the only items dearer at M, they bought a lot of other wrong stuff too:(:rotfl:. M inevitably a lot more expensive.

Yes they are in the chilled section and were on an end of aisle in my Sainsburys. If the layout is the same as as my store it was virtually opposite the fresh meat/fish counters. HTH

    fab, thank you!!!

Missing these - are these really £1 each instore?
Looking at msm - no, it seems others are £1 r'back but these £1.68:eek: and 2 for £2.50. (Another part of the supermarket game!) Wish they were £1 and going onto 2 for £2.50: I like to think, it's precisely going onto offers like this (the sort of thing mentioned on the telegraph.co.uk link I posted) that are when we can get our own back and 'punish' them for the price increase, as long as we catch the interim moment on msm.:) So, watch out precisely for the more expensive new offers starting but catching the last day of the lower price when you buy!

(I don't know why I go "" as, of course, you could buy one pack at £1.68 and compare vs £1 elsewhere, no need to go for the A mbuy - and also the 'supermarket game' by A there;). Mbuy gets people to buy more than needed when in fact they are substantively cheaper elsewhere.)

I love to hear these stories and am getting braver, but still hate when they comment on APG.

Last one rolled her eyes when I asked for a price check on choccies but was ok when she saw the BB date , think she was going to get some for herself Not mega cheap just 50p and nice for xmas hampers

I hate that too. Its nice when nothing is said and then…. 'that'll be 2p please' fab…. job done :D
