I ordered another yesterday for Poppy said it would take 24 hours to validate so that's this afternoon when it should appear ;)

Maybe payment card is now set as the primary key for duplicate orders (has to be more than the email address)?

I didn't even get an email with voucher code or notification the order was cancelled - logged in to find I had not placed an order (I had!).

Particularly more appropriate now for these modern cash-strapped times.

very helpful post zag, with the Op seeming to be level headed (except for their PPR)

It seems to be very difficult to print out. I gave up and their Fb page is littered with messages of similar issues

I tried this last night, they are going to let everyone know when its good to go. Tech probs which happens. The comments are dreadful, bit of decorum required ! You think it was a paid service !

    Morning Everyone :)

Still feeling in shock at the death of my DD1's young friend on Tuesday. Can't imagine how the parents feel. And then another child drowned in a river in Scotland yesterday. Life really sucks sometimes :( Keep your kids safe near water peeps!

DD1 persuaded me that McD's for tea would help her deal with her sadness! I did oblige as I'd wombled a £6+ APG. They'd bought the JF shampoo and conditioner which compared vs Waitys but hadn't bought a third item in the 3 4 £10  Muggles eh!
