They are biscuits in my house! Anything that isn't a cake or a sweet is a biscuit.
There's a years old debate that rages on about Jaffa cakes though. The general consensus is they are a cake but classed as a biscuit because they live in the biscuit aisle.

The last one I got was a compliments voucher, they're valid in loads of places
