thanks to the op it was worth a shot :pas I was going anyway but I failed miserably at the mouse hunt! didn't find either the play doh or the tipex.
when they go down to 1p are they normally in the normal area of the shelves or in the discount area, because I can never find 1p items.
im off to bed see you all tomorrow:)0 -
I like that you're looking out for him FC. Crocs and socks. Can you IMAGINE?
Oh EMMAP you have no ideait's hard enough to get him in shorts as it is. He refuses to wear those short trainer socks and whatever socks he does wear, he pulls them up as far as he can to compensate for the lack of trouser legs
:rotfl::rotfl:
He looks like a miniature tourist:rotfl::rotfl:
Bless him :A0 -

:( that's awful. The way they do these things is ridiculous :mad:
I was annoyed at DS2 attendance as well. Well, he was annoyed and I was annoyed for him. He had 2 'authorised' absences which were both for medical appointments that he had permission to leave school for and was returned to school after. That made his attendance 99.4%, meaning he didn't get whatever award they get for perfect attendanceNot a big deal to me
but it is to him.
I hope you had a lovely day with the grandchildren Rhos. I did a very quick skim of today's posts earlier (I hope it was today?)
That's not fair is it. Out of my girls whole year group (60 kids) only 8 had 100% attendance.
Mine would have if I didn't take them out for 2 weeks holiday in the sun, I don't feel guilty though as we had a fantastic time xWe're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits.0 -

Quite right Claire. I have to say I felt held to ransom over these so called 'reward' trips. They're certainly not a reward to parents, they cost a fortune :eek:
My friends son at a different school had a trip to Alton towers that cost £65 and they left at silly o'clock in the morning......5am or thereabouts :eek:. Very rewarding :eek: :cool:0 -
