So, Mr Clarke will be leaving, in a few months' time, to be replaced by someone with no previous retail experience (different rules apply to those at the top don't they?:D:rotfl:). However, the new man does have branding experience and experience in getting people to buy things. Let's hope the 'solution' is much deeper promotional discounts, to stand out and to draw most people into the store, allowing us to do the opposite and be quids in elsewhere:).
