Thats why I have been reading up, as sometimes its not that simple (well in my head ). They are getting clever, saying it is £3 to park there if you pay within ten mins, or £100 if you pay after ten mins. So they arnt giving you a penalty, just that the cost of parking is different. Anyway, I best not go on as
