A quick story from a very proud gran

GD is 11 and very serious and caring She knew about food banks from school and was reading "A girl called jack" on holiday.

She knows about MSL etc and put together a list of stuff and got £7.50 worth of groceries. Money she saved from her pocket money and took it to the local food bank.

The organizer was really impressed with her effort and knowledge and she got a mention in the local paper Her " friend" ridiculed her about the article but I am very proud and told her she needs a new friend She is my :A

Yep - this is in my A store. RTC 1.50 a litre.

Also they had Iliada Kalamata PDO (Never heard of it - but apparently a 2013 Gold medal prize winner) - in cans @ £1.75 a litre, and in bottles a@ £1 for 500ml.
Both are tasty, dipping, salad oils.

And they had little 250ml Fillipo B (the ordinary cooking oil one) - .50p
