I know i have 2 hard jobs tomoz too:(:( i have just filled 3 water bottles up and put my ice pack in freezer for cool bag;)

Freeze a couple of your water bottles, that way they thaw out gradually and keep the other bottle cool.

Do you live on red bull:o

Usually about once a month for 5 days, when I do a week of really mad hours i.e. sleep 3 hours, work the rest!

There is no method to it, I just occasionally get more focused and crack on… sadly I have not had the inspiration for about 8 weeks.. and am falling behind!

    Crack the red bull open!
