Court proceedings - help!

Hi All
I have a residency order and my ex has a supervised contact order - contact is supervised by me. I missed a weekend because on the last visit, the ex told me he would text me to let me know what time to come - he didn't and I didn't contact him. Previously he hasn't seen our daughter for 5 months so I assumed he was back to his old behaviour. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks and then received a court summons as he has applied for an enforcement order. I contacted him and we arranged a visit - I'm not playing games with him and I don't want to be seen as doing this with the court.
Can anyone tell me if the judge will change the existing court order or has the ex applied for the wrong order - the ex wants contact to be supervised by his family - I'm not agreeing to this due to the threats that they made towards me last year - police notified. The ex is also an alcoholic and a heavy pot smoker - he fully admits this and underwent a detox last year.
Basically I want the contact to stay the same with me supervising - he won't drink or smoke with me there, put probably would if his family supervised it. I have spoke with Cafcass and the woman said that the contact as it is makes the ex feel uncomfortable???? I thought it was supposed to be about the child??
So basically I'm just having a panic about court which is this week - any help or advice greatly appreciated, thanks

They could decide contact should be at a contact centre, where he'd be supervised by staff rather than by you.

I can totally understand your unwillingness fo supervision to be with his family, but are you are really surprised with the above. Of course he will feel uncomfortable with you watching every moves he makes, words he says, waiting for any slight slip up to use against him. Yes, it is about the child, but if he can't relax with the child, then it is not best for the child. A contact centre for these circumstances is best.
