I am using my daughters iPad at the moment, initially wanting to use Youtube, ti look at gardening videos (sad, I know) but youtube keeps showing an error message.
Ok I thought, I'll look up Eurosport, but only text is being shown ... Just a list of blue hyperlinks.
The same with Yahoo.
Other sites, including this one seem to be working OK.,What's going on please ?

I do not have an iPad, nor an iPhone, so I am no authority on them, but I have always understood the situation to be that their iOS does not support Flash. Steve Jobs hated Flash.
With that disclaimer, I hope you might find this helpful to you in providing you with a solution to your problem.
Good luck!

iPads don't use flash, which means some sites won't work, but I have no problem using the ipad to look at YouTube, so not sure that flash is the problem.0

Try downloading the Youtube app from iTunes to see if the problem still exists with that regard.Always looking for a bargain and to help0

The iPad probably has age related restrictions set. I think You Tube needs an over 12 setting. Check in settings - general - restrictions. Scroll down to allowed content and see what the settings currently are.0

Any recommendations for a good browser app? A friend who tried installing one found it only worked on some sites.0
