section 75 -How old can a claim be?

Hi there. Some help please! Back in 2009 I paid for a company called Cartel Client Review to look into PPI claims. At the time I have to pay over £600 up front for their service and if they never won the claim Id get my money back. Unfortunately before they managed to complete any claims they were closed down and I lost me money.
It wasn't until recently I found out that I would have been covered by the section 75 clauses on my credit card as I paid for the service on my card. I have no documentation other than a letter showing the company was shut down and a copy of my credit card statement showing the payment.
Do I have any right to still claim this far on?

You have to claim within six years. It is worth asking but do't expect the card company to give in readily. You may have to exhaust their own complaints procedures before you can take it to their regulator.Hi there. Some help please!
