Has anyone heard of this company?

I have just checked my bank statement and see that they have taken a payment out of my account for £19.99 which is the exact same amount as Amazon took the day before.

When I googled Digital River Luxembourg it showed that it has some affiliations with Amazon, so I rang Amazon who didn't want to know. So now am waiting til Monday morning to call my bank!:mad:

    IMPORTANT
If you have a charge on your recent billing statement with a description such as, "DRI*" "DRI" or "Digital River" and do not recognize this charge, please look up your order using your email address and last 5 digits of your credit card.

Thanks Jim, have tried that and neither my email nor the Amazon order number worked, so still none the wiser :o

It won't have anything to do with Amazon if you ordered Dog Food.

Digital River are a software distribution company, so if you buy Antivirus software or office software it might be fulfilled by them. The link they have to Amazon is they provide their software download service if you haven't purchased any software recently then it is probably a fraudulent transaction.

They are a genuine company and I have used them several times. As Helix says it will be some download - music or software.

Anyone in your family bought some online service on your card perhaps?
