HELP PLEASE - lost letter

Hi, I wrote off asking for details of my charges and they were sent to my home address in Swansea. My Dad opened the letter and read it to me. It seemed very promising so I asked him to forward it to my flat in Malta where I now live and it has not turned up (nearly a month) - how do I go about getting the info again, do I have to send another tenner and start again?

Help appreciatted.

Tom

Tom, why dont you apply for internet banking (if you still bank with them) it only takes couple of days is totally free and you can print your statements off.
