Balance transfer help

in Credit cards
I transfered a balance from 2 exisiting cards to a fluid credit card on the basis of 12 months 0%, I have just logged on to check my bill and they are charging me interest??? Have had the card since April. Can't find any info on the website detailing what I signed up for. Help required as this is not what I wanted. TIA
