If you still want to get one.....it is of course you own personal choice. Then there is a seller on ebay that makes them for you and personilises with what ever name you want. We have one saying 'little devil '.......' room' to stick on my sons bedroom door. But they also do them for the car. I will try and find his sellers details for you

Definately not a personalised one.
The idea for baby on board signs came about so in the event of an accident emergency services would know that there could be a child trapped or wandered off etc on/from the scene.
To follow on from what Hapless says, it's important that the sticker is removed form the car when the baby/child is not travelling in the car, otherwise in an accident valuable time could be spent looking for a lost child who was not there in the first place!0
