1. To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the Yes Scotland survey at YesScotland.net/survey No other types of entry will be accepted.
2. All entrants must be residents of Scotland who will be aged 16 or over on 18 September 2014.
3. The final closing date for entries is 23:59 on Friday 12 September 2014
4. Employees of Yes Scotland, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
5. Only one entry per person can be submitted to the prize draw.
6. The prize is one of ten iPad Air 16GB wifi tablets
7. The winners will be selected at random at 10:00 on Thursday 18 September 2014.
8. The winners will be informed via email within two weeks of being drawn, and the names of winners will be available on the Yes Scotland website. The winners will need to supply their postal address within 3 weeks when requested in order to receive their prize. If a winner fails to claim his/her prize correctly within the allotted time, that prize will be revoked.
9. No cash alternative will be offered for the prize.
10. We reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
11. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms. The decision of Yes Scotland is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Publicity may be given to competition winners and winners' names and images may be published on this website and other website(s) relating to the promotion. Winners must co-operate fully for publicity purposes if so required.
13. Yes Scotland shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this scheme. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Yes Scotland's liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Yes Scotland.
14. Yes Scotland shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of God, supervening legislation, or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
