I understand to open this account you need 2 direct debits to be set up. Can these direct debits be to say a charity? If not are there any other possibilities that are not utilities? The person concerned does not pay utilities. I thought I had seen something on this topic before but can't find the thread.

    Can be any DDs to qualify, but you only get cashback on certain types.

    Any includes charities and savings accounts held elsewhere that support incoming DDs e.g. Tesco savings.
