Love this idea!
I have a stinking cold and haven't long got up. Was supposed to be going out but not now so at least I save money!
Today and tomorrow I am going to..
*Clean fridge/freezer
*food shop for week
*plan ALL meals
* Clear out my dressing table
*sort out all my clothes. Anything I haven't worn for a year will go on Ebay/charity shop
*Find mortgage info to look for new deals as no longer looked in.
*Clear junk draw
*Sweep floors and hoover rug.
*Dye hair
Good luck all

Thinking of spending???..YNAB says "NO!!!!"0 -
Hi everyone,
Great thread idea!
I'm a newbie
I've struggled with debt for years. Most of it is payday loan and overdraft debt, which is all completely my own fault and I beat myself up about it all of the time!
For the last year, I have been on a DMP. Thankfully, due to a new job which pays more and not having to travel into London, I am able to make headway with my debts. I have calculated that I will be virtually debt free by the end of 2016. So, yesterday I:-
- Did a comprehensive budget for the next 6 months
- Worked out how much I spend on lunch each month, which has terrified me, so i will now be taking lunch into work
- Mapped out payment schedules for paying off my debts (some of which will be next month)
- Planned the food shop for the next two weeks
- Signed up to the money saving expert forum
- Registered with vouchercloud and groupon, because it is nice to treat yourself sometimes.
Hope you're all having a great weekend
