Removing runs and drips of paint from brick wall

Have a metal railing above a brick wall in the garden.

When the railing was painted(not by me) with the proper metal paint, the bricks underneath were not protected:mad: and therefore drips and runs are all over the brickwork.

Any way of removing or camoflaging the damage on the bricks?

White railing, almost black bricks.
Looking forward to the day I have nothing left to list on eBay

I would try Nitromors just on one brick to see how it goes (small can about £6).
    Forgotten but not gone.

The runs and drips can be removed using sandpaper.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
  • Have you tried using this service - fantasticwindowcleaning.co.uk/pressure-cleaning/

It removed graffiti from my garage door. I'm not sure will it work if the paint has dried a long time ago but you can consult them at least.
