Hi just wanted to share as I have found a standard number to call their call centre as the usual numbers are 0844 etc and you have a long wait ahead in my recent experience!
So call 01424 735 735 customer services and you can wait as long as they take all included in your minutes ...although make sure your phone is charged

There are also a couple of apps for mobile phones (both Android and IOS (c) Cisco) that can help you use 0800 numbers for free without paying for them and bypass 08xx - think MSE has featured them before
0800 Wizard is available for both major OS and routes you via 03xx numbers which are charged like 01 and 02 and use your (hopefully) inclusive contract minutes
WeQ4U basically does the same as say no to 0870 by routing the numbers via their database of landlines and is on bothSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
