Hi, not sure if this is right place to post this,
Am owed money by somebody and did the money claim online, Judgment was served, but still haven't received a penny. the total amount owing with the court fee to start claim is £410.
I'm led to believe that I can't get a warrant of execution for bailiffs to go round, as the amount owing is less than £500.
Also I'm not sure if the person who owes me money us working to go for the attachment of earnings., which will cost me £100 to do , of which can't really afford as on a pension.
Is there any other avenue I can go through n to get my money back?
Thanks in advance

I had a quick skim through and it doesn't seem to mention a minimum amount to appoint bailiffs (unless I missed it).
