Bt deposit refund

 when I ordered my bt TV Internet and phone over the internet I was asked to pay a £80 deposit which I was told would be refunded to my bank in six months. Now when I ask when I'm going to receive it there saying it's getting credited to my bt bill and not my bank. Anyone have any advice on how to get the money refunded to my bank.

Thanks andy:D

Wait for the credit to the bill and then ask for the credit on the bill to be refunded to the bank?
