The Auto Group warranty problem

A little more detail would help. What is the problem you're having with them?0

Vague thread of the week award goes to...
I'm going to have a guess:
"I bought a cheap used car which if I'd Googled I would have found has a bunch of common faults, which was a great deal, from a dealer 100miles from home and which came with a cheap 3rd party warranty. Something related to one of those faults broke and I think it should be covered, the warrant company don't. It took me some phone calls and tripping around to try and prove I was right and they were wrong, but they still won't pay to repair the car"
EDIT: To save further reading. No, I haven't any experience with the Auto Group.0 -
Has anyone had any dealings with The Auto Group? They seem to have a standard practise of turning down claims on the grounds of wear and tear without any investigations. Leave customers having to do all the work proving different.
As above really, can you give us more detail?
Yes, their first line of defence is to reject the claim, but thats standard across warranty companies, not just them.
Whats the specific problem.0 -

Yeah, belittling them is always a good way to put off newbies.0 -

Ah right. I didnt realise you were a Forum Judge to decide what people should be asking and how they should be asking it, particularly when they are NEW to the forum and maybe not au fait with your rules that you must enforce on people.. Clearly we should be humiliating newbies rather than encouraging them.0 -

Don't take me wrong here. I'd say exactly the same thing if this weren't a forum. I get paid quite well to challenge vagueness of that kind.0 -

The question asked was "has anyone had any dealings with the Autogroup" You haven't answered the question.
A factual answer is required, not pompous opinions.0 -

There you go then, I've edited my original post to reflect your opinion of what is suitable. I won't call yours pompous, as I don't know you.0
