Unexpected MBNA payout
Knackered
I made a claim for PPI mis-selling back in November 2012 and was initially rejected by MBNA. Then, about two months ago, they wrote back to say they had looked at my claim again and could I call them to confirm some details. They asked about my then employers sickness and redundancy packages and I couldn't in all honesty give them any answers as the claim was from an account I opened in 1999.
I heard nothing for weeks and didn't really expect to as I hadn't been able to give them any definite answers to their questions, but yesterday I got a letter from them saying they were upholding my complaint and would be sending me a cheque for £2.2k! HOAR!!
That's next year's holiday sorted :money:
