1. Two (2) prizes available of a pair of Beats Studio 2.0 headphones and a bottle of Piper Heidsieck Champagne.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entry is open to Heathrow Rewards members aged 18 or over with a UK address.
4. This competition is not open to Dixons Travel employees or any companies, agencies, families and Heathrow Airport Limited employees directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.
5. The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Only one entry per member.
7. The closing date for entries is 5 August 2014. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.
8. The prize winner will be drawn at random from those entrants whose entries have reached Heathrow Airport Limited by the closing date.
9. The winners will be notified in writing within fourteen (14) days of the closing date. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winners drawn within twenty-eight (28) days, there will be no further prize draws, as Heathrow Airport Limited's decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence.
10. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
11. Heathrow Airport Limited reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes at the value of £270) if, in Heathrow Airport Limited's sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
