Peculiar on line bill from scottish power

Since April I have been trying to sort out my Online Account with Scottish Power. I was £223.61 in Credit and requested a pay back of £150 which left me with £73.61 Credit. It is showing on my account as a Debit. I have e mails (2) telling me that they have corrected it. The last one today and my Account is showing £122.11 in Credit £32.11 plus £90 that was paid in by Direct Debit today from my bank. Although I have been told twice that my account is now in Credit of £182.11!!! Help.
