Barclaycard transaction fees policy

Hello all
A quick question to ask.
I booked a hotel room with a travel agent based in Germany a couple of days ago. I looked at the Barclaycard statement online today, I have been charged £17 and some pence for a transaction fee.
I just wanted to know, if I cancel the booking with this foreign travel agent now and get a full refund for the booking, will I get a refund for this transaction fee from Barclaycard?

The £17 is probably the 2.99% foreign currency fee. If you get a full refund, I believe BarclayCard will refund it.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.
ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.0
