    I re-read my post and don't think I was being unduly pessimistic. P2P is fine for some people but the person asking the question was looking for a savings account, not a S&S ISA.

    Compare the Market should not be including P2P as an option to those who have searched for 5 year bonds as it is a very different beast, though I checked just now if they were doing so before they have stopped including them now.
