Is it possible to get my music out of Itunes on my computer, into a micro SD card ??

Yes. Your music is stored in a library on your computer - simply open the folder location in Explorer (assuming Windows here), plug the SD card into a reader connected to the computer, open the SD card in Explorer, drag and drop to copy the required files.
