Please help

My problem is a mix between income support and CSA, so not sure whether it's best on here or the CSA board. I'd be gratefull to anyone who could take a look at my thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=5726622&posted=1#post5726622 and hopefully offer some advice/ knowledge on it.

Thank you

do you not have access to the old account ?

I dont think IS will refund you for the money you didnt get as its maintenace so would be between you and the CSA, I see you are having a nightmare getting somewhere with them :o look for kellogs she will advise you on what to do next as she works for them :)

Thank you Scarlett. As you predicted I.S. are wiping their hands of the matter. I almost wish I'd done as my ex had asked and come to a 'discreet' arrangement that wouldn't have affected my benefit - but yet again being honest has got me bitten on the bum!
My friends think I'm crazy being honest - but I wouldn't sleep at night if I was cheating.... but then I'm not going to sleep to well until this is sorted either am I? lol.
I've updated the other thread with the goings on, and will continue to update that so hopefully if anyone else should find themselves in the same predicament they'll have the benefit of knowing what did/didn't work for me.
Thanks again for your support Scarlett,
