Hi,
OK hear goes.....I snore....loudly according to er indoors.
Not really a problem as I start off in bed and move to another bed if I do start. Think its a family trait as the same thing happened with my parents.
Anyway, we off on hols soon and her, me and the kids will all be in one room so no escape. Odd, it doesn't bother me :-)
Can anyone please recommend anything they take or nasal strips or anything like that they or their partner can recommend to douse my drone. real suggestions only please.
Cheers

Hi CR,
My partner used to snore and it was like a freight train passing by! The rhythm used to drive me mad, waiting for the next reumble!
Do you sleep on your back? Although it's supposedly best for circulation I find it can put pressure on your breathing making a bit laboured! Also drinking alcohol a few hours before going to bed can cause snoring.
Product wise we tried chin up strips that keep your mouth closed and make you breathe through your nose (funnily this stopped her snoring). Brand wise I think the NHS have a version.
Didn't try nose strips so can't really offer any help on that!

As with a lot of women during pregnancy I've started snoring and hubby only gets a decent nights sleep because of it if I use the Breathe Right nasal strips. Even putting them on I feel an amazing difference, the only downside is they can be quite difficult and sore to remove sometimes and take a bit of soaking off. But them in Boots, Superdrug etc. there are another kind that you actually put into the mouth but I haven't tried them as the thought made me feel sick.No longer ...tobe! Tried but
The results of the snore tests indicate the cause of your snoring needs further investigation. We cannot recommend any products at this time as a potential solution to your snoring problem.

Do you only snore when sleeping on your back? There is a cunning solution which involves fastening a tennis ball to the back of your pyjamas to remind you not to sleep on your back. But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

I've tried nasal strips, mouth guards, nose ring things, tablets, throat spray and I am now feeling out of options too
Bf's only solution to put up with me so far is headphones and rain music
