Hello, is rubber EPDM quite easy to install for any builder or I have to hire a specialist? Many thanks

I think it would only be guaranteed if an "approved" installer fitted it.0

I did my garage with it, it was easy enought to do. There was nothing in the T & C's to say a builder had to fit it. In fact the faq for the site I bought it from states it is good for a "competant DIY'er".
