Barclays PPI

Hi guys,

Firstly, I'm sorry if this has been up here already, but I've not been able to find it.

Someone suggested I looked into PPI reclaim today (I'm notoriously terrible at this kind of thing).

I saw the very good step by step guide on here and called Barclays who wouldn't/couldn't tell me anything - apparently I needed to tell them if I thought I'd been mis-sold.

So I'm trying to find out, in the absence of them, how or where do I go to find if I even HAVE PPI?

I've got a Barclaycard and Barclays Loan.

The other question, is is this something that can be attached to current accounts too?

Thanks again, and sorry for potential silly questions.

C

Read this, probably closed account method - unless you're actually paying the loan now and then you phone and ask if you're paying it or check your Bcard statements to see if you are.

And no, it's not on current accounts, but you may have ab addtions account? In which case, you complain about that too.
    Or overdraft protection?

PPI can be held on current accounts with overdrafts it's just less common. As regards the additions account you can't complain just because you've got one. You get enough of that kind of attitude from the ambulance chasing scumbags at CMCs never mind the posters on this site encouraging it!
